Key Responsibilities

Conceptual & Leadership Terms

Take full control of the product’s marketing lifecycle—from strategy to execution to performance tracking. Translate business objectives into actionable plans with clear timelines and measurable outcomes. While collaborating with internal teams and external vendors (SEO, PPC, creative), you remain the ultimate owner of marketing performance for Reveal.

Demand Generation & Growth (Primary Focus)

Lead demand generation efforts with a sharp focus on pipeline contribution, conversion optimization, and channel performance. You won’t just oversee campaigns—you’ll actively execute across email marketing, paid media, organic growth, events, and affiliate channels. The expectation is simple: launch quickly, iterate often, and optimize continuously.

Account-Based Advertising

Own and drive ABM strategy from concept to execution. Partner closely with Sales to identify high-value accounts, craft personalized messaging, and coordinate outreach strategies. Use intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase to guide prioritization, and consistently report on engagement, pipeline influence, and results. You’ll also develop critical sales enablement assets—pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and nurture content.

Budget Ownership & Performance Management

Manage the Reveal marketing budget with precision—planning allocations, optimizing spend, and maximizing ROI. Make smart trade-offs when necessary, and continuously evaluate performance against goals. Adjust strategies based on real-time insights, not assumptions.

Product & Brand Marketing

Shape and refine Reveal’s positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Turn complex technical features into clear, compelling, benefit-driven narratives. Support product launches, feature rollouts, and roadmap communication while grounding your strategy in customer insights and competitive analysis.

Content & Copywriting (Hands-On)

Roll up your sleeves and create. From website copy and landing pages to blog posts and campaign messaging, you’ll craft content that resonates. Tailor messaging for key personas—CTOs, product managers, developers—while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to scale content production without compromising quality.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Define the KPIs that matter—those tied directly to growth and pipeline. Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Slingshot) to track performance, ensure proper attribution, and align closely with sales metrics. Let data guide your decisions, fuel experimentation, and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (product marketing, growth, or demand generation)
  • A proven track record of owning outcomes—not just contributing ideas
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiatives from concept to execution to measurable success
  • Strong writing skills paired with a bias for action
  • High level of independence, accountability, and follow-through
  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategies, demand generation, and budget management
  • Familiarity with analytics, BI tools, or developer-focused products is a strong plus
  • Experience using AI-powered marketing tools, automation workflows, and AI agents

Tech Stack Experience

  • Exposure to embedded analytics, BI platforms, or developer-centric tools
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Clay to streamline workflows
  • Comfortable using work management tools like Slingshot, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase
