Core Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate contact with contractors, construction enterprises, and business proprietors
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn engagement, and email campaigns
- Assume full command of the sales lifecycle—from first interaction to final handshake
- Pursue prospects with unwavering persistence until conversion is achieved
- Articulate service offerings with conviction, clarity, and executive presence
- Navigate objections with finesse while advancing negotiations toward closure
- Sustain a meticulously organized sales pipeline
- Consistently surpass revenue benchmarks and performance expectations

- Conduct between 50–100 calls daily
- Maintain 3–5 hours of active talk time each day
- Apply assertive, consistent follow-ups across all prospects

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Base Salary: ₦200,000/month

- Additional Incentives: Performance bonuses for elite performers
For high-performing closers, monthly earnings can comfortably range between ₦300,000 to ₦700,000+, with no ceiling imposed.
