Schedule: Full-Time 9 AM to 6 PM Brisbane time Monday to Friday

The Role: The “Architect of Performance”

This isn’t just a leadership role; it is a high-level Administrative Management position. You are the engine room of our sales department. Your focus is on the “science” of the sale—ensuring every rep is meeting their daily activity quotas, every CRM entry is flawless, and the sales pipeline is scrubbed for absolute accuracy.

You aren’t just looking at the final revenue; you are obsessed with the input metrics (calls, meetings, follow-ups) that make that revenue inevitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration & Governance: Maintain an incredible eye for detail in managing the sales stack. You will ensure CRM hygiene is non-negotiable and that all administrative processes are followed to the letter.
  • Activity Management: Establish and enforce strict daily KPIs. You will track “x” amount of calls, meetings, and touchpoints to ensure the sales machine never stalls.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of sales interactions and documentation to ensure standards of quality are never compromised.
  • Performance Accountability: Conduct weekly performance reviews. We value our team, but we value results more. You will be responsible for identifying underperformance early and will not hesitate to terminate non-performing agents who do not meet our standards after coaching.
  • Process Optimization: Constantly refine the “Playbook” to remove friction from the sales cycle and improve conversion rates through data-backed adjustments.
