Job Overview

BONS Industries Limited is hiring a proactive Van Sales Executive / Business Developer to drive direct product sales and expand market reach. This role involves engaging customers, building strong relationships, and achieving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and distribute products directly to customers using company vans
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic numeracy and record-keeping ability
Proven sales experience is an advantage
