Role Summary
The Sales Representative role is a dynamic, customer-facing position designed for individuals who can confidently bridge customer needs with tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence, engage them meaningfully, and uncover their specific needs.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing structures, financing plans, and warranty options in a clear, compelling manner.
- Organize and conduct test drives, showcasing vehicle performance while addressing customer concerns in real time.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, close sales deals, and consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Handle all sales documentation efficiently, ensuring full compliance with dealership policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about inventory updates, new product releases, ongoing promotions, and emerging market trends.
- Proactively follow up with prospects and past clients to drive repeat purchases and referral opportunities.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
- A proactive mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining attention to detail.
