Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services through various channels.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximise satisfaction and sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and organisation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organisational IT systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer base, including B2B sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address any client concerns promptly.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritise high-value prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Drive continuous improvement in communication skills and product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes confidently.
  • Proven experience in B2C sales and customer service environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software, email platforms, and MS Office applications.
  • Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits or field activities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Effective time management skills to meet targets and deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new information, technologies, and market trends. Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £24,420.00-£43,081.05 per year
