We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and organisation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organisational IT systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer base, including B2B sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address any client concerns promptly.
- Manage time effectively to prioritise high-value prospects and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Drive continuous improvement in communication skills and product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes confidently.
- Proven experience in B2C sales and customer service environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software, email platforms, and MS Office applications.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits or field activities.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to meet targets and deadlines consistently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new information, technologies, and market trends.
