Van Sales Representative

As a VSR, you will play a key role in driving product availability, building customer relationships, and delivering monthly sales objectives across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across assigned outlets.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock—zero-credit policy applies.
  • Operate within the approved stock allocation limit.
  • Drive distribution and visibility of all products in the market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Key Distributors and resolve field issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and timely submission of sales reports.
  • Guarantee proper in-market execution, pricing compliance, and product availability.

  • 100% Sales Target Achievement
  • Zero Debt Compliance
  • 95%+ Market Execution Standards
  • Accurate Daily Reconciliation
  • Timely Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Proper Driving Experience
  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
  • 1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good knowledge of assigned market terrain
  • Must be result-oriented, disciplined, and accountable
  • Must be technologically inclined.
