Job Description
You’ll be the right hand to a dynamic healthcare entrepreneur, managing the operational backbone that keeps multiple business initiatives running smoothly. This isn’t just another admin role – you’ll be trusted with confidential, high-stakes work while helping build something impactful from the ground up. As the business scales and secures funding, you’ll grow with it, potentially expanding into a full-time position with increased responsibilities and a growing team around you.
Schedule
Mondays to Fridays, flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm; UK Time (London, UK); 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
Manage complex scheduling and diary coordination across multiple stakeholders and business ventures
Handle travel planning, booking logistics, and meeting room coordination with precision
Conduct targeted research and compile findings into business-ready formats
Oversee project planning and document preparation for senior-level presentations
Manage dedicated email correspondence and maintain organized communication workflows
Coordinate seamlessly between the founder and other team members as business needs evolve
Represent the business professionally when liaising with senior stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality protocols while working with sensitive healthcare business information
Utilize WhatsApp, Microsoft To Do, and Google Drive for streamlined task management
Support the founder’s operational needs across multiple business initiatives
Requirements
Must be willing to sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement for confidential healthcare business
Power Point editing skills is a must.
Strong data security awareness and ability to follow strict protocols (no local saving, cloud-based work only)
Availability to work on UK time zone with flexible scheduling
Experience with basic administrative tools and willingness to learn new systems
Coachable attitude and eagerness to learn rather than extensive prior experience
Located in Philippines (preferred) or similar time zone compatible region
Cannot have conflicting time zone commitments with other employment
Proficiency with Google Drive, email management, and basic productivity tools

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
