Job Overview
This is a full-time operational and marketing support role focused on managing daily media deliverables in the morning and providing marketing assistance throughout the day. You will handle next-day turnaround photo deliveries, perform quality control, manage file structures, and support email marketing and social media initiatives. Our client is looking for a process-driven professional to work closely with their small US-based team. This role is central to scaling operations and ensuring that every property marketing asset—from photography to 3D tours—is delivered to clients with 100% accuracy and professional polish.

Having achieved over $1.2 million in revenue last year, the company is now scaling its operations to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline the delivery process. They value efficiency, collaborative communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Schedule
- Monday – Saturday, 40 hours per week (Pacific Standard Time). Requires morning availability for deliverables and Saturday mornings for weekend turnaround.

Responsibilities
- Media Quality Control: Download daily media files from offshore editors each morning and perform QC checks to ensure they meet company standards.
- Asset Management: Rename files according to strict naming conventions and upload them to the company platform; perform basic Photoshop retouching as needed.
- Order Verification: Cross-reference client orders with received deliverables to verify completeness before official delivery to real estate agents.
- Email Marketing: Create and distribute campaigns via MailChimp using provided topics and AI tools like ChatGPT for copy assistance.
- Social Media: Assist with content creation, including scheduling posts, creating short reels/graphics, and managing community engagement.
- Administrative Support: Provide operational support to the US-based team during standard business hours after morning deliverables are finalized.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset for repetitive operational tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in file management and systematic workflows.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills (comfortable with phone/voice collaboration).
- Availability to work Saturday mornings to handle weekend property media deliverables.
- Proactive work style with the ability to suggest process improvements and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling high-resolution media files.
Qualifications
- Basic Photoshop skills or photo editing experience (Preferred).
- Familiarity with MailChimp and social media scheduling tools (Preferred).
- Experience creating social media graphics or short video reels (Nice to Have).
- Background working with US-based clients (Nice to Have).
