Assistant Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos state
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities:
Managing the relationship with our landlords and deal with rental related issues
Organising office meetings and managing delivery of set actions in a timely manner
Managing the relationship with Insurance brokers for company goods
Liaising weekly with the MD to ensure any actions are addressed on the PO’s ( in the absence of the office manager)
Responsible for all office and flat equipment, payments, repair Initiating and Directing Customer facing communication to ensure orders are expedited as swiftly and smoothly as possible ( with direction from Office
Manager and in his absence)
Closely Monitoring the record of all communication with OEM and IOC in respect of orders ( with direction from Office Manager and in his absence)
Regular discussions with accountant and establishing targets and deadlines for their work ensuring this is streamlined and relevant.
Management oversight of the company vehicles
Checking and signing off quotes completed by the expediters ( with direction from Office Manager and in his absence)
Working closely with expediting and logistics team on local and long distance deliveries.
Ensuring the asset register is kept up to date by the Accountants, Supporting Accounts team with FIRS and LIRS audits 121 supervision of a number of staff
Manage ISO audits and Documentation
Reporting to The training and Gem Medical Development, The DoCD and MD
Requirement:
HND / BSc Degree in Supply chain management or related field.
5+ years of work experience in the same or similar job role.
