This full-service insurer partners with Lloyd’s for underwriting while managing all other operations in-house, including development, marketing, claims assessment, and customer service. You’ll work directly with their Head of Growth and a dynamic team focused on acquisition, retention, and monetization strategy.

Job Description: You’ll own the creation of their first-party reporting suite from the ground up, transforming how this growing company analyzes marketing performance and makes strategic decisions. This role offers the rare opportunity to eliminate manual processes that currently burden multiple teams and build scalable data infrastructure that will drive the company’s continued growth. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and the development team to bring data-driven initiatives to life while establishing yourself as the go-to expert for marketing analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain comprehensive first-party marketing reporting suite from scratch
  • Integrate data from major advertising platforms into centralized reporting systems
  • Develop business intelligence solutions providing visibility across marketing and management levels
  • Automate manual reporting processes currently handled weekly by multiple team members
  • Collaborate with development team and C-suite leadership on data-driven project initiatives
  • Create scalable data engineering solutions to support rapid company growth
  • Design and implement data pipelines for marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Transform raw advertising data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant data engineering experience with proven project delivery
  • Strong experience working with major advertising platforms and their APIs
  • Demonstrated expertise in data integration and business intelligence reporting
  • Background in marketing data engineering or similar analytical roles
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical projects
  • Bonus if you have experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment
  • It helps if you’ve built reporting infrastructure for growing companies before
