Job Description
You’ll be the organizational support for a multi-entity business group, combining traditional administrative excellence with LinkedIn assistance. You’ll work directly with leadership, Perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to see the direct impact of their work.

Schedule: 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week) based on business growth and performance

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, diary coordination, and email organization across multiple businesses
Create and publish LinkedIn content to build professional thought leadership
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and file organization .
Support presentation preparation and back-end documentation needs
Requirements
You bring strong organizational skills and genuine interest in social media. Experience with LinkedIn content creation. Bonus if you have experience with calendar management systems, email organization tools, or supporting executives across multiple ventures. It helps if you’re naturally proactive and enjoy the variety that comes with supporting a growing business group.

Strong administrative and organizational skills
Social media background
Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach
Experience with Hubspot is a Plus.
Proficiency in email management and organization
Ability to create engaging social media content
