Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦170,000/month (based on experience & performance)
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent store presentation, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that build brand loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
- Process sales using POS systems accurately
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Promote ongoing promotions and new arrivals
- Support inventory checks and stock management
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Adhere to store policies and operational procedures
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / BSc
- 1 – 3 years experience in fashion retail sales (an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
