Job Description
Our Client is seeking an experienced Account Manager responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business and client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, handling escalations and complex issues.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Support) to deliver client solutions.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support account strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and contractual terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Compulsory SAM (Strategic Account Management) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of account planning, client lifecycle management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
