We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team in Green Baskit, a healthy snack manufacturing company based in Isolo, Lagos State. We’re focused on producing African-inspired, nutritious snack options made from real fruits, nuts, and wholesome ingredients.
Tasks
- Coordinate daily HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding new staff
- Assist in managing employee benefits and other HR-related processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a positive work environment
- Provide support to management in addressing employee relations issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee performance reviews and feedback systems
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proximity to Isolo Lagos, is required
- Ability to work on site at Isolo
Benefits
Location: Isolo Lagos
Salary Range: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000 per month
