About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Attribute Enrichment initiative—a cornerstone of our product ecosystem. This team is responsible for elevating the quality, completeness, and intelligence of product data through machine learning (ML)-driven enrichment, ultimately powering superior product discovery experiences.

What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day won’t be predictable—and that’s exactly the point. You will:
- Shape and execute a high-impact product strategy, identifying and prioritizing the most valuable opportunities in attribute enrichment using data, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Craft and communicate a clear, compelling value proposition, continuously refined through real-world customer validation.
- Drive product adoption and engagement, leading iterative release cycles that directly enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Partner closely with PSL and go-to-market teams to accelerate time-to-demo, enabling faster experimentation and validation of enrichment capabilities.
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance and quality metrics, using them as a compass for continuous improvement.
- Engage deeply with customers—listening, probing, validating—to uncover pain points and refine the product roadmap.
- Champion a fast-moving, iterative development culture that balances speed with precision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, product, and customer success teams to streamline workflows and eliminate friction.
- Serve as the voice of both the customer and the business, ensuring alignment between product direction and real-world impact.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, particularly in ML-driven enrichment and ecommerce innovation.

- 5+ years in product management, with a proven history of launching impactful products in fast-paced, technical environments.
- Deep technical fluency, especially in data-centric or ML-powered systems, with the ability to navigate and improve complex architectures.

- A strong customer-first perspective, translating real needs into intuitive, high-value solutions.
- Comfort with experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning—you adapt quickly and think boldly.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning teams and building trust across functions.

- The ability to move fast without sacrificing quality, maintaining a careful balance between speed and stability.
- Experience with AI/ML products, particularly in areas like data enrichment, catalog structuring, or search and discovery.
