Key Responsibilities
In this role, precision meets accountability. You will take ownership of accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring the seamless closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts in full compliance with IAS and IFRS standards. This includes managing accruals, provisions, inter-company reconciliations, balance confirmations, bank reconciliation statements, and supporting schedules.
You will spearhead statutory audit processes—collaborating closely with external auditors, ensuring all systems and documentation are audit-ready for both quarterly reviews and annual financial assessments.
Maintaining order in complexity, you’ll ensure that all accounting records—past and present—are systematically filed and easily retrievable. Alongside this, you will drive the preparation and review of MIS reports across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual timelines, delivering sharp financial insights to both Head Office and corporate leadership.
Your analytical strength will come into play through detailed financial analysis, helping guide strategic decisions. You will also ensure strict compliance with internal policies, local statutory regulations, and ICFR guidelines, reinforcing robust internal controls across operations.
Leadership is central to this position. You will supervise, mentor, and inspire the accounts team—fostering growth, accountability, and high performance. Additionally, you will manage ERP systems by maintaining, filing, and uploading accurate documentation and vouchers, while also handling ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
