Job Description
In this role, you won’t just stand behind a shelf—you’ll actively influence how products move and how customers experience the store. Responsibilities include supporting the coordination of floor staff and security, ensuring shelves are not only stocked but strategically arranged to boost sales, and keeping a close eye on inventory levels.
You’ll also be expected to monitor product timelines, flag items nearing expiration (within six weeks), and promptly report stock shortages—especially when inventory cannot sustain two weeks of sales. Beyond these structured tasks, flexibility is key, as additional responsibilities may arise based on operational needs.
Requirements
Candidates should hold at least an SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment.
Cashier

Responsibilities
As a cashier, precision and attentiveness define your daily routine. You will handle transactions using the provided point-of-sale system, ensuring that scanned items accurately match what customers purchase. Maintaining clear and accurate financial records is essential, including distinguishing between cash, cheques, and other approved payment methods.
You’ll also be responsible for delivering daily sales reports to the appropriate authority, keeping your checkout area neat, and assisting customers with price clarifications when needed. Like any fast-paced retail role, adaptability is important, as supervisors may assign additional duties.
Requirements
Applicants should possess an HND or Bachelor’s degree, with up to two years of experience. Strong numerical ability, effective communication, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are all essential for success in this role.
