The Role: Senior Sales Development Representative
Mission
This role is built for a true hunter—someone driven to break into high-value accounts and spark meaningful conversations. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll spearhead outbound prospecting efforts across Enterprise and Strategic accounts, using precision, persistence, and modern AI-powered tools.
You won’t just generate leads—you’ll build pipelines that matter. Through account-based marketing (ABM), multi-threading, and data-driven outreach, your work will directly fuel revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute targeted ABM outbound campaigns focused on high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders by penetrating accounts with strategic multi-threading.
- Maintain a strong activity cadence, including 80+ daily calls, while driving meaningful engagement metrics.
- Convert outreach into qualified meetings that translate into real pipeline opportunities.
- Use AI-driven sales tools to personalize outreach, identify intent signals, and increase efficiency.
- Conduct deep research to uncover key personas and craft tailored engagement strategies.
- Execute multi-channel outreach—cold calls, email sequences, and social selling (especially LinkedIn).
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
- Keep CRM records accurate and insightful, documenting every interaction and account detail.
- Own and consistently deliver on pipeline generation targets.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS, ideally within complex sales environments.
- A proven ability to exceed quotas through outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with multi-touch, multi-threaded ABM strategies.
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interest or experience in leveraging AI tools and modern sales technologies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Relentless drive—this role demands resilience, focus, and ambition.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach.io is a plus).
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
