Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer at Landgate Investments Limited, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, both existing and prospective. Your role will involve managing all client interactions, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering professional assistance and guidance.
Provide detailed information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and company services.
Schedule property viewings and maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and engagement.
Maintain accurate client records within the company’s CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and sales campaigns to maximize conversion.
Address client concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
Document client issues and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Assist clients in completing documentation such as application forms, contracts, and agreements.
Collaborate with the Accounts and Sales teams to monitor payments, receipts, and transaction records.
Ensure property brochures, flyers, and promotional materials are current and readily available for clients.
Collect, analyze, and utilize client feedback to enhance overall service delivery.
Prepare regular customer service reports for management to track performance and trends.
Propose initiatives and strategies to improve the client experience and elevate service standards.
