We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager (Marketer) to join our team. As a Sales Manager working on the field, you will oversee the entire sales team and manage sales operations and product supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of products and sales processes while effectively managing sales personnel.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze data to set staff targets and evaluate performance; inform product sales outcomes, distribution decisions, identify areas for improvement, and streamline operations to enhance efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with customers, prescribers, recommenders, and other business partners.
- Collaborate with various departments; coordinate, supervise, and coach the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, medical and biological sciences, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant markket and industry trends
Salary and Commission: Above N500,000
