Before getting started, you’ll complete tailored e-learning sessions designed around each client. Once trained, you’ll gain access to a dedicated knowledge base, combined with Onepilot’s advanced tools, empowering you to handle customer requests smoothly—whether they come through email, live chat, or phone calls.
This is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from home while earning per ticket resolved. Each ticket is priced based on its complexity, handling time, and your location, typically ranging between $1 and $2. On average, agents earn around $15 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Leverage available tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues quickly
- Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Comfort using digital tools and online platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week
- Must be based in the United States
