Data Entry Specialist (Live Streaming)

Job Description:

As a Live Stream Data Entry Specialist, you will monitor live auction streams and accurately record product details in real-time. You will support the live selling process by documenting product variations, maintaining organized tracking sheets, and ensuring all product information is entered correctly and efficiently.

This role requires strong attention to detail, quick typing skills, and the ability to multitask while listening and processing information in a fast-moving environment.

Join a fast-paced e-commerce environment specializing in live-stream auctions for makeup and skincare products. The company conducts interactive product bidding sessions where customers purchase beauty products in real-time. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate product tracking and seamless auction operations by capturing product information quickly and precisely during live broadcasts.

Schedule: Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)

Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 4 PM – 9 PM during live stream sessions

Responsibilities:

Live Stream Monitoring & Data Entry

• Monitor live auction streams and capture product information in real-time
• Enter product details accurately into Google Sheets during live selling sessions
• Cross-reference products from the company database and transfer relevant information into tracking sheets
• Document product variations such as shades, sizes, and specifications as announced during the stream
• Maintain accurate tracking for high product volumes per session

Product Tracking & Documentation

• Ensure product details are correctly matched with database records
• Maintain organized numbered tracking sheets for easy reference
• Verify accuracy of product information before submission
• Ensure consistent formatting and data accuracy across sheets

Live Stream Support

• Assist with giveaway tracking and administration at regular intervals during live sessions
• Maintain focus and consistency during fast-paced product transitions
• Ensure timely data updates to support smooth live auction operations

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multitask while watching live streams and entering data simultaneously
• Strong listening skills to capture product names, variations, and specifications in real-time
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic keyboard shortcuts (e.g., search, copy/paste functions)
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable internet connection suitable for live stream monitoring
