Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to manage marketing data, maintain paid advertising systems, and drive operational efficiency across the marketing department. This role ensures campaigns run smoothly through accurate data management, performance tracking, process optimization, and quality assurance. You will play a critical role in supporting leadership with actionable insights that directly contribute to scalable growth.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST (1-hour break) (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Data Management
    Pull, organize, and maintain marketing data from:
    HubSpot
    Google Ads
    Meta Ads Manager
    LeadPages
    Typeform
    Google Analytics
    Build custom reports and dashboards based on leadership requests
    Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms
    Track and monitor key marketing performance metrics
    Identify and proactively resolve tracking discrepancies
  2. Paid & Social Marketing Operations
    Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
    Monitor project timelines in Monday.com and flag potential bottlenecks
    Perform quality assurance checks on landing pages, tracking pixels, and campaign setups
    Maintain documentation, SOPs, and workflow processes
    Ensure proper UTM parameter usage and accurate conversion tracking implementation
  3. Strategic Insights & Optimization
    Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends and growth opportunities
    Flag underperforming campaigns and key metrics requiring immediate attention
    Present clear, actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership
    Support ongoing process improvement initiatives to increase marketing efficiency
    Requirements
    Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, automated reporting)
    Hands-on experience with:
    HubSpot
    Google Ads
    Meta Ads Manager
    Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data points to business outcomes
    Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality assurance mindset

Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
