Job Description

You’ll execute digital marketing campaigns for a regulated financial services startup, working closely with experienced marketing professionals to build brand presence and drive growth. Responsibilities

Execute social media campaigns across various platforms for financial services audience
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns within regulatory compliance guidelines
Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign implementation
Collaborate with existing 2-person marketing team on strategy execution
Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial services regulations and guidelines
Assist with content creation and campaign asset development
Monitor campaign performance and provide execution feedback to marketing team
Support rapid scaling of marketing efforts as business launches and grows
Requirements

Experience with digital marketing execution and campaign management
Familiarity with social media marketing and paid advertising platforms
Understanding of or willingness to learn about regulatory requirements in financial marketing
Ability to work collaboratively with existing marketing team members
Current knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
Bonus if you have experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, legal)
