Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (UK Time, 20 hours per week)

Job Description:
You will serve as both the strategic lead for social media and a key administrative partner supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing performing arts school. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can think proactively, execute independently, and act as a reliable weekly “right hand” to leadership.
You will plan and execute social media strategies that drive enquiries and build trust with parents, while also managing critical administrative processes such as trials, communications, reporting, and operational coordination. Your work will directly contribute to student growth, operational efficiency, and the school’s ongoing expansion.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop a social media strategy at least 4 weeks in advance, ensuring content is designed to drive enquiries and build trust with parents; obtain approval before execution
Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels (minimum 4 posts per week and daily stories), including short-form video content designed to convert viewers into enquiries or bookings
Manage scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across platforms
Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise content
Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly, logged in Trello, and followed up to encourage sign-ups
Research and explore offline marketing opportunities to increase local awareness and community engagement
Administrative & Operational Support (Right Hand Support)
Complete weekly general ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned in Asana, including support for shows, exams, and operational needs
Act as a reliable administrative partner to leadership, helping free up time for strategic priorities
Write and send the monthly newsletter using established templates and processes
Trials & Student Journey Management (Critical Responsibility)
Manage trial processes, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups
Chase feedback from parents and staff to support conversion and retention
Monitor trial performance and ensure smooth onboarding of new students
Support processes that directly impact school revenue and student growth
Operate the Class Manager database for student enrollment, trial tracking, and reporting
Run weekly operational reports, including outstanding accounts and conversion tracking
Manage communications with teachers via WhatsApp for content collection and updates
Maintain accurate records across Trello, CRM systems, and internal tools
Update Google My Business profile and support local visibility initiatives
Send parent communications using established templates
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating results
Strong experience developing content strategies that drive enquiries, leads, or bookings
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Administrative experience supporting operations, workflows, or leadership
Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or operational tools
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured and deadline-driven environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:
Experience with email marketing or newsletter platforms
Familiarity with Trello, Asana, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
Experience in education, performing arts, or youth-focused organisations
Experience supporting events, shows, or operational logistics
Experience combining marketing strategy with operational support
