A rapidly growing UK-based construction company is scaling its operations and needs a skilled CRM professional to take ownership of its Pipedrive system. This role is critical to streamlining sales processes, improving lead management, and supporting aggressive business growth by freeing up the sales team from administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Pipedrive CRM operations, including lead entry, deal creation, and contact database maintenance
  • Process multi-stakeholder email integrations by adding designers, construction directors, project managers, and site supervisors into the CRM
  • Build and configure automated email sequences for post-pitch follow-ups and lead nurturing
  • Create custom workflows and automations to streamline sales processes
  • Provide rapid-response CRM support to sales and business development teams during UK business hours
  • Optimize existing CRM processes and proactively suggest efficiency improvements
  • Set up triggered sequences that sales team members can activate after client pitches
  • Maintain high data accuracy and ensure contacts receive appropriate marketing communications
  • Support aggressive growth plans through strategic CRM management

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience using Pipedrive CRM
  • Strong experience setting up CRM automations, workflows, and sequences
  • Background in B2B environments (construction or related industries is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Highly responsive communication style during UK business hours
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization
  • Experience with email marketing integrations and lead nurturing campaigns is a plus

Side Note

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
