Job Description
You’ll own the entire outbound lead generation engine for a company that’s scaling fast and needs dedicated business development firepower. This isn’t about taking orders – you’ll be the strategic prospecting arm that feeds qualified opportunities to senior leadership while they focus on closing deals. You’ll work with a supportive international team that values results and provides the resources you need to succeed in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct dedicated outbound calling campaigns to transport companies needing driver recruitment services
- Execute consultative selling conversations that uncover genuine business needs and pain points
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for senior leadership to convert into closed business
- Support data mining and research activities to enhance campaign effectiveness and targeting
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across the transport industry
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified prospects
- Track and report on key metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline development
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to refine targeting and messaging approaches
Requirements
- Proven track record in consultative selling and business development activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone
- Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and hit targets consistently
- Bonus if you have experience in recruitment, staffing, or transport industry verticals
- It helps if you’re comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
