Our client is a science-backed wellness brand focused on education, credibility, and building long-term audience trust. They are strengthening their organic presence across key discovery platforms through consistent, high-quality educational content. With creative leadership already in place, they are seeking a dedicated content professional to reliably execute content aligned with established brand guidelines and messaging priorities.

Role Overview

The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing organic, educational (“edutainment”) content primarily for TikTok and Instagram, with additional content adapted for platforms such as Pinterest.

This role focuses on consistent, high-quality content production that supports brand awareness, engagement, and discoverability. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, this position translates complex topics into engaging, accessible content while maintaining accuracy, credibility, and strict alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Form & Platform-Specific Content Creation

  • Create educational short-form video content for TikTok aligned with brand guidelines and platform best practices
  • Develop static and video-based content for Pinterest designed to support evergreen discovery and long-term visibility

Content Execution & Optimization

  • Execute content calendars consistently, ensuring deadlines and posting schedules are met
  • Adapt content formats, hooks, and messaging based on performance insights and feedback
  • Ensure all content remains accurate, clear, and aligned with the brand’s educational standards

Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Graphic Designer to align visuals, messaging, and tone
  • Implement feedback efficiently while maintaining content quality and consistency

Tools, Processes & Team Collaboration

  • Use Dash Social to manage publishing, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, check-ins, and all-team huddles
  • Collaborate within established workflows and timelines set by the Marketing Manager

Social Media

  • Work primarily on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Community management.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience creating and executing content for platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest
  • Experience producing educational, wellness, or science-based content strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to execute from briefs and creative direction
  • Familiarity with Dash Social for scheduling content.
  • Understanding of platform-specific content best practices and trends
  • Detail-oriented with a strong execution focus
  • Reliable, organized, and consistent
  • Collaborative and open to constructive feedback
